Notification appears as delivered & displayed but didn't actually show up
In many cases, this issue arises due to device or browser settings, particularly when notifications are disabled or "Do Not Disturb" / "Focus" mode is activated on your device.
- Disable "Do Not Disturb" or "Focus" mode on your device.
- Check your device settings to ensure notifications are enabled for the browser that is subscribed to push notifications.
- Make sure the browser where you've subscribed is currently open and running.
Notification appears as delivered but wasn't received or displayed
There can be several reasons for this issue. Here are some key things to verify:
- Ensure the device is powered on and has an active internet connection.
- Confirm that the device is not in airplane mode or power-saving mode, which could restrict notifications.
- Verify that the browser with push notifications is open and active.
- Make sure notifications are allowed in the device settings for the subscribed browser.
- Ensure the subscription is still active and the permissions for the website have not been reset.
Other possible causes include:
- The current version of the browser has a bug affecting notifications.
- The push service (specific to each browser) might be temporarily unavailable or may have decided not to send the notification.
